- Printed wishlist inside bag and attached to outside (stapled/taped)
- Thoughtful Substitutions: Don’t feel obligated to purchase everything on the list—thoughtful alternatives are perfectly fine. Around $50-$100 in value per list.

Overwhelming Need This Year: This year, we have received an unprecedented number of requests from shelters—more than ever before. If you have any capacity to take on even one more list, it would be immensely appreciated. However, we understand that each list carries a significant cost, so any support you can provide, no matter the number of lists, is truly valued.
Drop-off and Collection Details: We kindly ask that all completed Santa Sacks be dropped off the week commencing Monday 2nd of December at The Loan Market Neo office, 1B/106 Bundall Road. We will handle the collection and distribution to ensure the gifts reach the shelters on time.
Instructions for Participation:
Print Your Santa List: Please print two copies of your Santa List. Place one copy inside the sack and staple or attach the second copy to the outside of the sack for identification purposes.
Use Material Santa Sacks: Please use a material Santa Sack, available at Kmart or the Reject Shop for approximately $5.00. Cardboard or paper gift bags can tear during transit, making it difficult to keep gifts together.
Gift Requests: Some children believe they are writing to Santa, so their requests might be more expensive. For older kids, who may have never been asked what they want for Christmas, the requests might be simpler (e.g., gift cards) or seem extravagant. Please do not feel obligated to purchase everything on their list—substitute more expensive items with thoughtful alternatives.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are acceptable, but please ensure they are not redeemable for alcohol.
Stocking Fillers: If you wish to include additional items, special treats like biscuits or chocolate, along with practical items such as underwear, socks, and hygiene products, are appreciated, especially for young adults.
Do Not Wrap Gifts: For safety reasons, please leave gifts unwrapped inside the Santa Sack.
Additional Note: Please get in touch if you anticipate any issues fulfilling your list or if you will not be able to drop off your gifts by the deadline.
